Tank Repair Systems
TankWrap™ is customized for external and internal strengthening of steel and concrete tanks. When installed internally, the systems serve as a structural liner™ restoring steel loss while protecting against harmful chemicals in immersion. The system can be used externally for hoop strengthening, holes in the shell, and tank roofs.
Fix leaks, thin-walls, and structural deficiencies using a patch, a full hoop band, or wrapping large tank sections.
API 653 is Compliant for repairing tanks originally constructed to AWWA D100, AWWA D103, API 620, API 650, BS EN 13121-2, and PD 5500.
TankPatch™ for Localized Repairs
Customers value safety. TankPatch™ is a cold-curing localized repair that overcomes the need for hot-work associated with welded repairs. TankPatch™ is API 653 compliant for shell and roof repairs.
TankFlex™ Roof Repair
A tough, flexible, roof repair that is API 653 compliant and can be made without hot-work.
The Composite Wrapping System is specifically designed to repair pipeline defects onshore or offshore as a temporary or permanent repair. Pipe composite can cure underwater or above water for the following applications:
- Non through wall defects for long life repairs (Type A / ISO 24817)
- Through wall defects for temporary defects (Type B / ISO 24817)
